The illustrations by Bobby Tatlow faithfully record the happenings and the interactions of the community of women animals as Beth Koala, Wilhelmina Wedgetail Eagle, Matilda Wombat and Andrea Kookaburra go about their everyday business and are remarkable in themselves.
